The Woman's Earth endeavors to be a global resource for women who have a heart for service through giving by providing intentional self-care experiences, sisterhood community, and business development opportunities.

Our MISSION

The Woman’s Earth® is a global sisterhood of progressive and business-minded women collectively curating sacred and safe spaces to empower, educate and promote self-love and healing for women. Through our philanthropic initiatives, we give back to the community to support black maternal health.

Jeneé Christell Pierre

Jeneé (Jai) Christell Pierre advocates for women to heal their minds, bodies, and spirits. Her purpose is to inspire the lives of women to live their most fulfilled lives and through intentional self-care and intentional self-love. Through The Woman’s Earth® movement, she curates sacred and safe spaces to facilitate healing, fun and transformative experiences in the spirit of sisterhood. Her love for travel and learning about different cultures is the reason she chooses exotic destinations to host her self-love retreats.

Jeneé earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Sam Houston State University and a Master’s in Public Administration with an emphasis in human resources management from Texas Southern University. She is a certified human resources consultant with over 20 years of experience in non-profit and for-profit administration. Jeneé is a graduate of the SURE (Stimulating Urban Renewal through Entrepreneurship) Program at the University of Houston and the Frost Bank Entrepreneurship Program. Jeneé is also uses her experience as a Birth Doula and to advocate for maternal health and awareness for black mothers. Jeneé established the Holi Mamma Grant Program to fund Birth Doula services for Black mothers.

Jeneé has been recognized as an influencer community leader and is currently an elite Brand Ambassador for O, The Oprah Magazine.

When she's not are not carrying out the duties of her workpreneur life, you can find Jeneé enjoying time with her family and friends, taking a yoga or dance class, traveling and having child-like fun with her three pups.
